Signed-in users should use the account-deletion control available inside ChemOasis when it is available for their account type.
Requesting assistance
If the in-app control is unavailable, contact ChemOasis using the same email address associated with the account and request account deletion. Additional verification may be required to protect the account.
What deletion covers
After verification, ChemOasis will delete or de-identify account information under its control, subject to limited records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Deleting a ChemOasis account does not automatically delete an account held by an independent sign-in or infrastructure provider.
